What is Connections?
Connections is a Marketing Program to develop new business relationships with CENTURY 21 Award, their clients, and other Connection Partners. It consists of a Connections "Home Services Savings Directory" (which is distributed to all of our agents, clients, and prospects, over 10,000), an online directory available at www.CENTURY21award.com and www.CENTURY21.com, and networking opportunities with our agents and other Connections Partners.

Connections gives CENTURY 21 Award the opportunity to provide enhanced customer service through a one stop shopping experience and value added programs. Connections provides each Partner with direct access to a targeted market of Home Buyers and Sellers as well as agents and other home service providers.

Home Buyers spend an average of 10% of the value of their home on improvements within 3 months. Inclusion in the Connections Directory gives your company unique pre-purchase access to these consumers. Connections offers our customers a single resource for all of their home service needs. It allows them a reduced stress level and peace of mind because CENTURY 21 Award has done the research for them, and granted them access to a variety of home service Values.

How can your company become a Connections Partner?
To be eligible for the Connections Program, your company MUST be licensed, bonded, and insured. In addition, we do a thorough background check of each vendor through the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, the State Licensing Board, and any Trade Associations. Your company must provide consumer references, copies of your business license(s), and proof of insurance/bonding to the Connections Manager upon enrollment.

This program was created to provide enhanced Customer Services, thus the focus of your business must be customer driven. Our expectation for all partners is to maintain the highest level of service for every customer. High quality service means a "Superior" Quality Assurance is the lowest acceptable level of service.

We have created several different packages to fit your business's marketing needs. Each package includes a combination of the following features, at different price levels:

• Your company's ad in our Connections Savings Directory.

• Exposure on www.CENTURY21award.com and www.CENTURY21.com.

• Your company's flyers directly distributed to over 650 Real Estate Agents.

• Your company's marketing materials on display in our office brochure centers 365 days a year.
