Alex grew up in a real estate family in Bozeman, Montana. He studied business and communication at Arizona State University and has a passion for the real estate industry! 

The newest member of our team is Synergy Solutions headed up by Cathy Folds, experienced Short Sale Specialist. She is assisted by Regina Locricchio. We are excited to have their expertise in place to provide the very best service when it comes to short sales.  

Helen is the proud founder of San Diego Transaction Solutions. She is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors. Over the past few years she has completed various real estate courses and has always been very passionate about it. Helen is bilingual and can speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
