Sheila grew up in San Francisco and moved to Southern California with her family in 2003.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at the University of California, San Diego in 2007.  While going to school, Sheila worked for Century 21 Award as a Listing and Marketing Coordinator and discovered her love of real estate.  Soon after graduating from UCSD, she decided to jump in head-first and became a full-time Realtor for the Ruth Pugh Group.  Sheila specializes in working with First-time Homebuyers, Investors, and distressed owners with Short Sales all across San Diego.  In 2009, she helped over 20 families buy or sell a home, and is hoping to do the same for 30 families this year.
